LASER CUTTING
Our Laser cutting machines are capable of cutting sheet and plate metal ranging between 0.5mm and 25mm in thickness in a variety of materials such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium and Galvanized Sheet, just to name a few. Sheet size capabilities are up to 3000mm x 1500mm.
WATER JET CUTTING
Our Water Jet Cutting machine is capable of cutting a wide range of materials such as Tile, Granite, Rubber and Plastics to name a few. The water jet is also capable of cutting thicker plate than laser cutting machines in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel & Aluminium.
It also provides a cleaner cut than laser cutting. Ideal applications are thick aluminium blanks for the CNC machining industry as this saves time and money on the machining process, as well as gears and parts that need a finish that does not require further machining once cut. Plate size capabilities are up to 3000mm x 1500mm.

CNC Punching
With our CNC sheet metal punching machine, we are able to tool up to manufacture all your large volume sheet metal products and components. From countersunk coining, louvers, specialized forming, dot font engraving and stamped logos.
Sheet metal thickness capabilities range from 0.5mm to 3mm in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium and Galvanized sheet metal materials.
CNC Brake Press Bending
Our CNC press brakes are capable of bending all your laser cut and punched blanks as per your specifications to provide you with a finished product or component.
Capabilities are 0.5mm to 6mm in Sheet and Plate Metal materials. Bending length capabilities are 3000mm. Bending on thicker material is possible on smaller items.
Welding
We offer Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium Welding for all your large volume manufactured products and components, as well as spot welding for product in thinner gauge materials. Contact us for more specifics & capabilities.
Manufacturing
We offer product manufacturing and assembling to clients that require a finished product or component, thus eliminating the need for the client to set up a costly manufacturing operation. As part of our operations, we offer stud and nut insertions for simpler product assembly.
Clinch Nut & Stud Operations
We offer a clinch nut and stud service for clients that require threaded studs or nuts on their products such as signage, brackets and working assembles.
